Customer Service Representatives with native English

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Native speaker of English (US citizen or Romanian who spent some years in the USA)
Excellent communication skills
Customer oriented person
Persuasive, ambitious, dynamic and optimistic
Able to fit in and work as part of a team
Good knowledge of the MS office package
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The position involves taking/making calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system
Offer customer support using different software applications
Keep record of customer transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Handle our clients' calls/requests in an effective and pleasant way, with high professionalism and to the very best of your ability

Olotels.com is a multinational company working in the travel business. Our turnover is around 150 million Eur and we have 5 international locations in: France, England, Spain, Romania and China. We offer hotel accommodation to international customers at 200,000 hotels, 19,000 destinations, in 170 countries through our internet portal www.olotels.com.
In Romania we run the Customer Service Center with a team of around 25 agents covering 5 languages. At the moment we are focusing on providing higher quality Customer Service to our clients who have filed a complaint with us. For that we intend to provide this service in the native language of the respective customers and we are looking to expanding our team with people whose mother tongue is (American) English.
We have a modern 6 stories location in Bucharest (central, P-ta Dorobanti) with high level facilities for our employees.
