J2EE Development Consultant
la Qualitance QBS in BUCURESTI
Description:
The succesful candidate will work in a Qualitance team integrated with the customer's team to develop software modules; involvement ranging from architectural specification and design phase to application development; writing, modifying, and debugging software, using source debuggers and visual development environments.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle application development
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis
- Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents
- Perform designing and coding to written technical specifications
- Investigate, analyze, debug and document reported defects
- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects
- Create, document, and implement unit tests
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of J2EE and EJB, Servlets, JSP, JSF, JDBC, JNDI, JTA/JTS, JMS, RMI/IIOP
- Strong experience with Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, XML)
- Proven capability to drive software development projects to completion.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and put together materials for technical and non-technical audiences that include project members and executives.
- Good English language skills
Will be considered a plus:
- Proven enterprise experience with J2EE applications.
- Italian language skills
